Do my clients need an account?
No. Your clients never log in to Moori. You share a secure portal link with them and they can upload files directly through it — no registration, no password, no friction.
Can clients upload files through Moori?
Yes. Create a document request in Moori, generate a secure portal link for the project, and share it with your client. They upload directly through the link. Files are stored privately and are only accessible to you.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 active clients, 3 projects, payment milestone tracking, and document request tracking. Secure client upload links are available on Starter and above. No credit card required.
Is billing live yet?
Not yet. Moori is in early access and all accounts have free access to their plan features today. Paid plans are designed and ready to go — billing launches soon. You will be notified before any charges apply.
Is my data private?
Yes. All data in Moori is scoped to your workspace and completely isolated from other accounts. File storage uses private buckets — there are no public file URLs. Every download link is a short-lived signed URL that expires within minutes.
What does Moori track?
Clients, contacts, projects, payment milestones, document requests, and deadlines. Your dashboard surfaces what is overdue, what is coming up, and what is missing — so you always know exactly who needs chasing today.
Can I cancel or delete my account?
Yes. Your data stays in your account unless you choose to delete it. During early access there are no contracts or subscriptions — you can stop using Moori at any time.
